Albion’s Part K compliant staircases are designed in order to combine safety, functionality and aesthetic at a reasonable cost.
Despite the use of K Stairs as a a more cost effective option for access; Albion Fabrications does not restrict quality to bring you this product. All stairs are fabricated in the factory by highly experienced and dedicated welding teams and use checker plate treads on the step to ensure safety and satisfaction.
A drawback of these staircases is the fact they are, by definition, not disability friendly. However Albion also fabricatehigh quality Part M compliant stairs.
